Tucked neatly into a former lift lobby, Long Shot is the second venue CoLAB has designed in collaboration with WalkerCorp at Collins Square. Concealing a commercial kitchen in the former lift well, the cafe showcases artisan breads and pastries, bottled fermented sodas and flavoured milks.
