Chadstone Shopping Centre,  Melbourne

Comprised of a central cake display counter, dessert bar and banquette-seating stall, this 28m2 tenancy is inspired by the character of a carnival crepe cart.  The design is carefully tailored to sit cohesively within the parameters of Chadstone’s iconic retail setting, whilst creating a distinctive brand statement for this unusual retailer.  Presenting only 9 varieties of layered cakes, the built form is key to drawing pedestrian traffic from 3 intersecting mall paths, towards the single cake display fridge.
