From the founder of Tulip Coffee in Degraves Street, comes Florence; a new destination for Melbourne's serious coffee consumers in the heart of Melbourne's laneway district.  Pairing Tulip's unique coffee blends with a fresh grab and go menu; Florence is all about simple pleasures amidst the city bustle.  An original terracotta paved floor was revealed during demolition and the interior palette was built upon this bold base.  Layers of salmon terrazzo and leather pop against the saturation of teal green walls, creating a destination that evokes a fresh take on Melbourne's coffee culture.
